I'd call this past month a success. I missed/opted out of one day out of 28 so far. I'm feeling quite good, especially after this morning's gorgeous Toronto fall sunshine!
So, what's changed? My energy's up, my focus is definitely up, and I'm overall eating much better despite the occasional brick of organic old cheddar that somehow ends up in my fridge (and that I welcome with open jaws...). I think my memory's even just a bit better. I'm not sure how much that has to do with the fresh, crisp fall air that I love so much, or if it's just getting the blood moving that's helping.
And what's next? I discovered this entry on one of my favourite blogs: http://www.marcandangel.com/2011/12/25/30-challenges-for-30-days-of-growth/ and a whole new world opened up! I'll have to take the next couple of runs to decide... so many options! I know I'll take a few weeks off and now that we're coming into the holiday season, any crazy diet-related challenges will just have to be postponed. I'm sure you understand!
