I've been running and doing the yoga - I'm feeling great. I'm back on track and feeling more productive. I figured this would happen as we all know it's great to exercise, and I have yet to meet someone who doesn't feel better when they get active. I'm exceptionally pleased with the sun salutations in the morning. As I mentioned a few entries ago - I craaaaaaaaave it in the mornings! I think this video wonderfully explains why (and I loooooooove a good physiological explanation.)
I think sun salutations also melt brain fuzz. I'm not 100% certain though and would love to hear how it works for you!
